Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through all phases from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to optimize project execution
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress
• Monitor project milestones and progress to ensure timely delivery and address delays proactively
• Manage project costs, variations, and claims to maintain budget control and financial accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements to uphold safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and management for informed decision-making
• Oversee site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
• Ensure all quality standards and project specifications are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience managing construction projects
• Proven experience managing building, infrastructure, LTA, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary & Benefits Package

• Salary Range: SGD 5,500 – SGD 8,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
