Project Manager (Educational Facilities) | Orchard
Summary
Project Manager overseeing educational-facility development: conducts feasibility studies for schools, evaluates consultants' design proposals for maintainability, and manages construction procurement and contracts. Based in Singapore's Orchard area.
Job Scope:
- Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities
- Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to fulfil operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs
- Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes
- Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction contracts
- Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services
- Responsible, hardworking and efficient in carrying out the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
- Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations
- Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Period: 14 September 2026 to 31 May 2027
Working Hours: Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 6pm
Location: Orchard
Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
