Project Manager
•Assist the Director in the overall management of projects, including contract management, cost control and project schedule monitoring.
•Plan, manage, coordinate and oversee engineering and construction projects from commencement to completion.
•Coordinate engineering activities, design reviews, risk assessments, procurement matters and other project-related issues.
•Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and budget.
•Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials and resources.
•Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates and other documentation for tenders and project proposals.
•Provide effective site supervision and leadership to project teams, site personnel and subcontractors.
•Prepare and submit Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), progress reports and progress claims for various installation and construction works.
•Review and perform technical evaluations of vendor and supplier quotations.
•Monitor and maintain overall quality control of project works, including budget, schedule, work plans and personnel performance.
•Identify potential project risks, delays and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
•Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, environmental and quality requirements.
•Attend meetings with clients, consultants and relevant stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
•Prepare and submit project reports and other necessary documentation to Management and clients.
•Perform any other duties assigned by the Management in connection with the position.
