Project Manager_ Glass processor
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in glass processing to oversee production projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of glass fabrication processes (cutting, tempering, laminating, insulating, or glazing) and a proven track record of managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and deadlines
- Prepare regular status reports for management
- Identify and resolve project issues efficiently
- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and business requirements
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the glass processing/manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of glass processing techniques (cutting, tempering, laminating, insulating glass units, etc.)
Proficiency in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP systems, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in glass manufacturing
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
