Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Plan and execute multiple projects in the digital assets and blockchain space, defining scope, goals, and deliverables; identifying risks and dependencies; coordinating engineering, product, and customer success teams; communicating progress to executives and clients; supporting enterprise software implementations; and monitoring relevant industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, product, and customer success teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executives and clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical matters.
• Support enterprise software, API, and cloud solution implementations.
• Monitor trends and technologies in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in blockchain or digital assets is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
