Job Summary

You will manage conservation shophouses, landed houses, and hi-tech industrial, commercial, and office buildings, ensuring compliance with guidelines and overseeing design, maintenance, upgrading, and defect rectification projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage conservation shophouse projects by applying conservation guidelines to riverfront addition and alteration works (A&A)
• Lead design development and project management for new landed house constructions
• Oversee maintenance and rectification works for landed houses to ensure structural integrity and functionality
• Coordinate upgrading and defect rectification of plant and machinery in hi-tech industrial, commercial, and office buildings
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control of construction and maintenance projects across all building types

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Building, Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Electrical Engineering
