Project Manager (Landed project)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Manage project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall project performance.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
- Review and manage project costs, variations, claims and commercial matters.
- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, quality standards and WSH requirements.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction, with experience in a project management role.
