PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare project planning and implementations

· Responsible for timely updates on project status and progress

· Plan & monitor project progress to ensure timely completion

· Necessary Project Coordination amongst team member, client & consultant over project matters

· Coordination process in all procurement and delivery aspects.

· Projects schedule and cost control requirements

· Manage all matters in relation to the assigned projects, including billing, meetings, manpower, problem resolution etc.

Requirements:

· Preferred Degree in electrical/electronic/microelectronic/mechatronic/green building & sustainable or related engineering diploma.

· 5 years of experience in basic lighting or building construction field.

· Computer knowledges in Auto CAD will be added advantage.

· Able to plan & monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

· Able to communicate with client & consultant over project matters.

· Knowledge in project management skill in preparing monthly project report, site planning, monitoring & control process and project risk analysis.

· Knowledge in lighting technology and lighting design or electrical engineering fields.
