Project Manager leading day-to-day operations and sustainment of enterprise mission systems for a federal client, coordinating incident response, release readiness, and ServiceNow-tracked work while supporting cybersecurity and Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance.

Project Manager supports operational maintenance and sustainment activities for enterprise mission systems, with a focus on operational support, incident response, troubleshooting, user support, and release readiness. This role works across technical, functional, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholder groups to help ensure work is executed within ServiceNow and aligned to operational and compliance requirements. The Project Manager also helps drive continuity, issue resolution, and operational discipline across ongoing support activities.

As a Project Manager on the operations and sustainment team, you will be responsible for...
  • Lead day-to-day operational support and sustainment activities for enterprise mission systems
  • Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution across stakeholder groups
  • Manage release readiness activities, including planning, tracking, and coordination with technical and functional teams
  • Monitor work execution within ServiceNow and support adherence to established operational processes
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and customer stakeholders to support compliance with security, governance, and Authority to Operate requirements

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • 7+ years of experience managing information technology projects, programs, or operations
  • 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating release readiness, deployment support, or sustainment activities
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Risk Management Framework or Authority to Operate compliance activities
  • Ability to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster certification
  • 2+ years of experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven information technology environments
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development teams
  • 1+ year of experience tracking service level metrics, operational dashboards, or support performance measure

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
