Project Manager OHTL

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of OHTL projects, ensuring that all phases are completed efficiently using advanced project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
2. Coordinate with engineering teams to develop comprehensive project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards, thereby minimizing risks and enhancing project quality.
3. Manage project budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and reporting on financial performance to ensure projects remain within established financial constraints.
4. Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of issues.
5. Conduct regular project status meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones with team members, fostering a positive work environment.
6. Implement proactive risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation plans to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
7. Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations for future projects to drive continuous improvement.
