• Arrange and conduct meeting with clients, design consultants & sub-contractors.
• Monitor the program, progress and performance of the project.
• Resolve internal & external disputes.
• Oversee plannng, construction operation for all works.
• Lead, couch and motivate project team members on a proactive basic.
• Develop tools and best pratices for project management and execution.
