Project Manager (PMO/SMO) | Public Sector (Defence) | 24 months
We are hiring a Project Manager (PMO/SMO) to support a government agency's Project Manager and System Manager on the implementation and maintenance of a project management platform (STREAM FSD), a system that enables teams to track budgets, schedules, task management, and collaboration.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to align expectations and prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
Manage vendor delivery by tracking system defects, handling service requests and change requests, and ensuring timely resolution
Monitor system performance, identify risks and issues, and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Key requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of project management experience, including at least 1 year with a government / defence agency
At least 2 years in system analysis/design and 1 year in IT service delivery
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
PMP or CITPM certification is preferred
Singaporean only

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: $6,500 – $8,000 per month
