Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall management and delivery of building construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement recovery plans where necessary.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage project resources, manpower allocation, and site logistics to achieve productivity targets.
- Attend and lead project meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction projects with a main contractor.
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, mixed-use, healthcare, or data centre projects.
