Project Manager
Manage cross-functional projects, partner integrations, network initiatives, global expansion, project plans, dashboards, dependencies, risks, and scalable project-management processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects including product launches, partner integrations, and network initiatives
- Oversee integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and strategic partners
- Coordinate product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance stakeholders
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards
- Identify dependencies, surface risks, and drive resolution
- Lead Visa and Mastercard program initiatives and partnership rollouts
- Coordinate global expansion readiness across markets, products, and partners
- Establish scalable execution frameworks and processes
- Contribute project-management standards and best practices
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Experience delivering projects involving multiple partners, integrations, or global teams
- Strong organization, communication, accountability, and execution skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, and Monday
- Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
