Project Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out works at site

• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule

• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers

• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Attend site meetings and report work progress to Project Manager

• Resolve site issues and coordinate rectification works

• Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline

• Assist in material checking and site measurements

• Prepare simple site reports and updates when required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in interior design / renovation / construction works

• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors independently

• Basic knowledge of construction drawings

• Able to communicate in English (spoken)

• Willing to work on site and overtime if required
