Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost, and quality.
• Responsible to manage each phase of project from design to completion and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Liaise with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters and ensure engineers, supervisors and foremen meets client and regulatory requirements.
• Verify payment, settle site disputes and planning for site facilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are always carried out.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognizable by Institute of Engineers Board, Singapore.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager in Construction Industry especially on Civil Engineering.
• Entry level candidates will be considered for Project Engineer role.
• Preferably own transport with Class 3 or Motorbike driving license.
