Job Title - Project Manager - Infrastructure/Technology
Purpose: The Technical Implementation Manager is responsible for planning and the delivery of high risk technical and capital projects withing the Infrastructure Delivery Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the initiation and business case support through to delivery and transition—ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to expected quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the scope, plan for technology solution delivery and provide strong leadership across project governance, risk management, and execution.
Bring together technical teams, ensuring alignment with the project plan, organise architecture and solutioning across anyone or more domains within Business Transformation, Applications, Infrastructure & Networking, or Cyber Security
Review, and upgrade of the current SOE, and the automation/integration of the Workplace Technology platforms that support the End User Experience to make it a seamless experience, including maintenance and monitoring
Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology solutionssuch as InTune, Workspace One, and Windows environment.
Demonstrate a "get up and go" attitude, acting as a self-starter to drive initiatives forward.
Qualifications:
Ideally possess a background in technology, with knowledge of SOE's, InTune, Workspace One, Windows environment
Proficient in using MS Project, SDLC, and Agile methodologies for project planning and execution.
Technical project management experience and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.
PMP, PRINCE2 Certified professionals
Manage vendor relationships, integration, and overall project management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
