BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

An experienced Transformation PM with the ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements, and a deep understanding of the change lifecycle. Exposure to financial services in Commercial or Institutional banking, or Retail, Wealth, or Private banking, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context
• Identify, document, and manage change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Apply change management best practices across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private banking initiatives
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Support delivery governance, risk management, and reporting

• Experienced Transformation PM with strong change-management skills
• Deep understanding of the change lifecycle
