Project Manager - Up to $10,000 (Electrical or ACMV)
- At least 4 years experience as Project manager
- Monitor and ensure overall site progress is on schedule.
- Design, plan, and coordinate site electrical works.
- Attend site meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant, & Architect.
- Prepare Drawings and Technical Submission documents.
- Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project's financial performance.
- Monitor the project's progress within budget and timeline.
- Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims.
- Negotiate with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments.
- Managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in the electrical trade of HDB/ Condominium/ Hotel projects is preferred.
- 5.5 days per week, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 1:30pm to 5:30pm
