Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating Project, primarily focused on Non-ERP applications, while also supporting broader Project governance, stakeholder alignment, planning and cross-track coordination to ensure successful implementation and handover to operational ownership.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate: Project UnITy IT Ringfencing activities, primarily for NERP applications.
Plan with Domain Leads: Ensure IT Ringfencing activities are planned and delivered as part of their implementation plans, providing support where needed.
Coordinate delivery: Work with System Managers, Architects, Compliance, AMSI IMO, GCO, and delivery teams to drive implementation and resolve dependencies.
Align stakeholders: Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance discussions, and key decisions related to ringfencing.
Monitor and report: Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to programme governance.
Ensure documentation: Assessments, classifications, decisions, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed and maintained.
Support handover: Transfer ownership, documentation, and ongoing responsibilities from Project UnITy to System Managers and the future IT Ringfencing Owner.
