Project Operations Manager

Deliver complex global client projects from initiation through rollout, manage technical implementations, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, guide clients on product solutions, communicate progress, establish handover processes, and improve internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from start to finish.
• Manage 5-10 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with client project and technical teams and technical integration partners.
• Build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate project progress.
• Advise clients on product solutions.
• Deliver client feedback to internal teams.
• Establish scalable business-as-usual and support processes.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years handling complex projects or a deep understanding of payments infrastructure.
• Native Spanish and fluent business English.
• Experience setting up complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Client-facing experience.
• Stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead conversations and influence business decisions.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to manage detailed, time-sensitive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Ability to cooperate with a global team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
