Position Title: Project Sales Executive – Luxury Sanitary Ware Division Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Job Location: Abu Dhabi About the Client: UAE’s leading provider of premium sanitary ware and bathroom solutions Job Description: • Identify and secure opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors while building strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, contractors, and MEP stakeholders. • Handle the complete sales cycle from product selection, pricing, technical submittals, negotiation, and order placement through delivery and project completion. • Build and manage the project pipeline, monitor market and competitor activity, identify new opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets. • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal teams on pricing, approvals, and specifications while delivering professional product presentations and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) with fluency in Arabic and English for effective client interaction and specification negotiation. • Minimum 4 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or team-lead capacity. • Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors; sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection. • Proven track record in achieving project sales targets; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; leadership and mentoring ability; advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency.
