Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits to understand their needs and reinforce product trust - focusing on Projects specifically
- Build relationships with EPCs, Contractors, etc
- Share insights on customer engagement strategies with the sales team
- Develop and supervise the sales team, providing training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and strategic selling.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to enhance team performance.
- Oversee daily activities, including customer visits, account development, and quotations, ensuring comprehensive project coverage.
- Set and monitor sales targets related to order value, revenue, and gross profit to achieve budget goals.
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Relevant professional membership (e.g., engineering or sales associations)
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a focus on sales management + project sales
- Minimum 10 years of overall working experience in sales or technical sales
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies
