Pay Rate:
$17 - $21 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain Floors & Walking Surfaces – Clean, sanitize, mop, and buff all flooring in resident rooms, hallways, lounges, dining areas, and medical spaces.
- Operate Specialized Equipment – Use floor machines, buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums to ensure all surfaces are properly maintained.
- Event Setup & Takedown – Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment for events and classes, ensuring smooth transitions for community activities.
- Trash Removal & Facility Upkeep – Ensure timely removal of waste and maintain an orderly environment.
- Snow & Safety Support – Assist with snow removal to keep walkways and entrances clear and safe.
- Collaborate & Cross-Train – Support laundry and housekeeping teams as needed to ensure seamless facility operations.
