Property Lawyer

Your role is to supervise and support the team and to apply your legal expertise to any complexities arising during the transaction. You will gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings, including:

● water licences and allocations

● road licences

● permits to occupy

● easements

● covenants

● mining tenements

● conduct and compensation agreements

● contract reviews

● contract disputes

● off-the-plan contracts

● retirement villages

● related party transactions

We would love to hear from you if you are a legal practitioner who is:

  • eligible to hold a Queensland Law Society issued Practising Certificate
  • preferably with experience in New South Wales law and eligible to practice in both states
  • looking to leverage your property law and conveyancing skills to supervise and support our experienced conveyancing paralegals
  • interested in a hybrid roll - work from home and/or office (minimum 1 day a week in the office)
