About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in Python programming and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Debug and resolve issues in existing code.
  • Collaborate with team members on code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.
  • Participate in the development of REST APIs, web services, and data processing pipelines.
  • Assist in writing unit tests and automated test cases to ensure quality and performance.
  • Support the integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Maintain version control using Git and follow CI/CD practices.
  • Work with Lambda functions for serverless computing tasks.
  • Manage and interact with AWS S3 buckets for file storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: +5 years of Python development experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python programming.
    • Proficiency in web scraping tools (e,g, Playwright, Selenium)
    • Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django) is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
    • Familiarity with AWS services, especially Lambda functions and S3 buckets.
    • Understanding of Lambda functions for serverless applications.
    • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
