QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of IPC 620A quality standards
• Inspect the cables are routed according to specifications
• Inspect, test and documentation all the product tested results
• Identify the roots caused and come out procedure to prevent it
• Communicate the problems to supervisors/technicians, issue NCR and follow up to close up all NCR
• Prepare work instruction (WI)/ Operation Management System (OMS)
• Prepare (First Article) FA and 8D report and liaise with customers on quality matters
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years related experience
• Min. Diploma level
• Good knowledge of ISO standard
• Good knowledge of IPC 620A is preferable
• Responsible, team player and able to work independently
• Able to work beyond office hours, if needed
