QA Engineer (Mid/Senior)

The QA Engineer will ensure Monetha's solutions and experiments work smoothly by implementing testing processes, developing testing frameworks, executing tests, analyzing data, and helping define quality methodology and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and developers to identify edge cases
• Implement testing processes
• Develop and maintain testing frameworks for mobile and web applications and REST API
• Drive product development through automated tests
• Perform peer code reviews
• Prepare test plans and develop test cases
• Execute manual and automated tests focused on user story coverage
• Investigate and analyze test and product data
• Define test methodology and criteria for validating critical functionality
• Share and adopt QA best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years in software quality assurance
• Experience in automated testing
• Experience in load testing
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks
• Proactivity and ability to work without micromanagement
• Good English communication skills
