Qa/qc Civil Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC & Execution Engineer to join our fit-out team,

overseeing the quality, standards, and on-site execution of both interior and exterior fit-

out works. You will be the bridge between design specifications and on-ground delivery —

ensuring every element, from façade cladding to interior finishes, is executed to the highest

quality and in line with project timelines.

This role suits someone who thrives on-site, has a sharp eye for detail, and can manage

subcontractors and trades to deliver flawless finishes on schedule.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

3–6 years of experience in fit-out projects (interior and/or exterior/façade), ideally with

a contractor or fit-out specialist company

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and installation methods (both interior

and exterior)

Familiarity with QA/QC systems, ITPs, and quality standards (ISO 9001 knowledge is a

plus)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong site presence — comfortable managing multiple trades and subcontractors

simultaneously

Good command of MS Office/reporting tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Excellent communication skills in [English / Arabic — adjust as needed]

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
