QA QC Manager
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across multiple projects and disciplines.
- Monitor project execution to verify adherence to approved inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Review and approve quality-related documentation, reports, procedures, and records.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, preventive actions, and closeout processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and prepare regular reports for project leadership and clients.
- Support project teams during client audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to project personnel on quality management requirements and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across all project activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, or related sectors.
- Proven experience managing QA/QC functions on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality standards applicable to the construction industry.
- Experience with audits, inspections, NCR management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian project requirements, regulations, and industry standards is preferred.
- Professional quality certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CQE, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management reporting tools.
