QA/QC Technician

We're Hiring – QA/QC Technician

Industry: HDPE Pipes & Fittings Manufacturing

We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Technician to join our Quality team.

Responsibilities:

Execute precise testing procedures to verify product conformity to specifications and industry standards.
Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods, identifying deviations.
Document all testing results, observations, and non-conformances accurately in compliance with quality systems.
Operate and maintain calibrated testing equipment, ensuring its readiness and reliability for accurate measurements.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis on defects and contribute to the development of preventative measures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation.

Skills

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to report findings clearly.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
Proven experience (1+ years) in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a plastic manufacturing, HDPE pipe extrusion, or a similar industry.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
Valid Transferable QID.
Immediate joiners preferred.
