Job Description

- Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate test results, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.
- Provide hands-on, on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians.
- Work closely with representatives from other departments to coordinate and resolve day-to-day operational matters.
- Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA function.
- Support the QA Engineer in handling customer enquiries and investigating customer complaints.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products and carry out related activities in accordance with established procedures and workflows.
- Perform incoming and outgoing inspections/checks according to the relevant procedures.
- Manage and maintain ISO-related and departmental documentation within the QA function.
- Accurately record, process, and maintain testing results, including updating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and monitoring incoming materials.
- Support QA-related activities, including external provider management and internal/external audits.

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of quality control practices, with the ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
