QA Technician

We're looking for a QA Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. 🔹 Summary
The QA Technician is responsible for performing inspections and quality audits throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet established specifications, company standards, and customer expectations.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, identifying defects, validating production processes, and collaborating with production teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
🔹 What You'll Do
- Conduct quality inspections throughout production to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or defects.
- Verify product specifications, measurements, and compliance requirements.
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Partner with production teams to support quality, process improvements, and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality control processes and support ISO and company compliance standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
🔹 What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.
- Printing, packaging, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
