Job Responsibilities

Prepare Certificate of Analysis for outgoing products and carry out related work activities in accordance with approved procedures and processes
Handle incoming and outgoing checks in accordance with established procedures
Handle and process ISO and departmental documentation under the QA Section
Accurately process and maintain required test data, including updating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts
Participate in and assist with QA-related activities, including external provider management and audits
Review and verify test data, SPC updates and Certificate of Analysis documents prepared by QA Technicians
Conduct on-the-job practical training for QA Technicians
Liaise and coordinate with representatives from other departments on daily operational matters
Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA Section
Assist the QA Engineer with customer enquiries and complaint investigations
Perform other QA-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Diploma in Chemical or Science discipline
Preferably at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role within the chemical manufacturing industry
Knowledge of quality control standards and statistical analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards will be an advantage
