Quality Auditor/Analyst - Patient Registration - Patient Access
Summary
Quality Auditor/Analyst performs routine audits and data clean-up for Patient Access workflows, builds leadership scorecards through data extraction and analysis, authors communications highlighting trends, and acts as a liaison across Registration, Revenue Cycle, and Physician Practices in a healthcare setting.
Routine audits, investigation, and clean-up of system data to ensure workflows and processes are driving the work to be performed.
Provides Scorecard for Patient Access leadership, requiring data extraction, analysis, interpretation, and presentation. Consults with pertinent stakeholders on creating and implementing action plans, based on data.
Authors Patient Access communications, highlighting data trends and reinforcing best practices to improve quality of patient accounts and encounters.
Implementation, maintenance and opportunity identification application support for Patient Access staff, IT, and all other stakeholders.
Proactively identifies areas of opportunity via QA process that yield the desired financial, quality, and patient experience outcomes.
Serves as a liaison between the Patient Access Preservice, Registration, Revenue Cycle, Quality, and Physician Practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: 80 hours bi-weekly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role.
