Responsible for performing analyses for both raw materials and finished products across various processes, as well as stability testing, process validation, and new supplier evaluations, in accordance with established procedures. Apply the Integrated Management System (IMS) according to the functions and responsibilities described in the manual, procedures, and other applicable documentation. Follow up on assigned commitments regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute physicochemical analyses of raw materials, critical systems, stability studies, validation samples, and products, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and established procedures.

• Perform sampling, analysis, documentation, and reporting of results, ensuring record traceability and data integrity.

• Follow up on the calibration, qualification, and maintenance of instruments and equipment to ensure the validity of analyses and results.

• Manage the inventory of raw materials and reagents required for laboratory operations and the timely delivery of results.

• Prepare, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, aligned with pharmacopoeias, directives, and current global documentation.

• Identify, evaluate, and control risks related to HSE and GxP, promoting continuous improvement and compliance with SMS 2.0 standards.

• Coordinate and follow up on HSE activities and indicators, participate in global meetings, and promote improvement initiatives within the Quality Control laboratory.

About You

Experience:

• Knowledge of analytical physical chemistry, solid characterization, GMP compliance, global quality policies, EHS/Biosafety/Biocontainment, and digital systems.

• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze scenarios and make decisions.

• Results-oriented, adaptability, and ability to handle ambiguity.

• Leadership and ability to engage and leverage the strengths of others.

Education:

• University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields.

Languages:

• Intermediate-advanced English (B1 or higher)
