Quality Control/Quality Assurance Engineer
Summary
QA/QC Engineer ensuring products and services are defect-free and compliant with specifications. Develops inspection/testing/sampling methods, handles ISO audits, and collaborates with suppliers, customers, and internal staff on quality requirements.
Responsible for ensuring all products/services are of consistent quality, defect-free and compliant with required specifications.
1. Formulates, establishes and implements company QA systems, programs and activities.
2. Develops methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training to ensure ongoing quality improvement processes.
3. Investigates complaints and provide timely responses in accordance with defined procedures.
4. Works closely with suppliers, customers and internal staff to meet the quality requirements.
5. Assists Executive9s) in handling audits from internal and external sources (ISO, customers, suppliers).
