Quality Engineer (After Sales)
As Quality Engineer, you will own escalated product quality issues, investigate failures, identify root causes, coordinate with technical stakeholders, and drive engineering or process solutions across R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary stakeholder and main point of contact for escalated product quality issues.
- Gather, study, and interpret performance and failure data to investigate quality issues.
- Identify root causes and escalate complex problems to appropriate technical stakeholders.
- Establish preventive quality measures including design guidelines, validation plans, and process controls.
- Prioritize and triage incoming quality issues based on criticality, frequency, and business impact.
- Provide actionable engineering or process solutions.
- Act as the bridge between R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment on Sealminer-related quality matters.
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of failure modes, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and regular updates to stakeholders on quality investigations and corrective actions.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the team lead or management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar technical role, preferably within hardware and electronics.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to gather and analyze technical data for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear updates for cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple investigations while prioritizing tasks under pressure.
