Job Description
- Lead The Quantity Surveying And Cost Management Efforts Throughout The Data Center Project Lifecycle, From Inception To Completion.
- Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates, Budgets, And Financial Reports In Collaboration With Project Managers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders.
- Evaluate And Analyze Project Requirements, Specifications, And Drawings To Accurately Determine Quantities And Costs Of Materials, Labor, And Equipment.
- Collaborate With Procurement Teams To Source And Evaluate Suppliers And Subcontractors, Ensuring Competitive Pricing While Maintaining Quality Standards.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 7 years experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the construction or data center industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
