Job Description:
- Be The Leader Of The R&D Department.
- Manage And Coordinate Every Research And Development Activities.
- Report Every R&D Process To Japan Headquarter.
- Discuss R&D Process With Japan Headquarter.
- Plan And Strategize Effective Research Methods.
- Be The Person In Charge Of Product Renewals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as R&D Manager (assistant manager) in FMCG Manufacturing Company.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Management experience (Have had subordinates before).
- Business Level English proficiency.
- Japanese Language skills are a huge plus.
