R&D and QC Manager

Qualification

• University Diploma Min, majoring in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering

• Familiar in English

• Min. 10 years in same role with last position as Asst. Manager/Manager Level

• Coming from relevant Industry (Toilet Soap, Laundry soap, soap Noodle, Refined Glycerin Manufacture)

• Firm Knowledge of Processes & Parameters for both Saponification & Soaps Finishing Lines. 

• Willing to be place in Deli Serdang Medan.

Job Description:

•  This position will be responsible in ensuring product meets set quality standards of the products and to meet customers requirements. 
  

• Designing and leading R & D processes, R&D Department, and ensuring smooth transfer of new know-how and technology to other groups or department involved in innovation.

• Engage in new product research and development, existing product updates, quality check and innovation.
