Your Role

You'll speak with individuals about their career and upskilling needs, understand what they're looking for and recommend suitable training programmes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Engaging prospective customers

• Understanding their needs and goals

• Recommending suitable programmes

• Explaining programme benefits and available subsidies

• Following up with interested customers

• Converting opportunities into enrolments

• Achieving individual sales targets
