Role Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Development Manager with experience in managing and developing real estate projects, possessing a sound financial understanding and involvement in all aspects related to real estate development, from feasibility studies and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring project goals are met according to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from planning through to execution.
• Monitor financial feasibility studies and analyze investment feasibility for projects.
• Oversee budgets and costs, ensuring financial objectives for projects are met.
• Coordinate with governmental entities, consultants, contractors, and all relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise design and execution phases, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide necessary recommendations for management.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and submit them to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to real estate development.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of practical experience in real estate development.
• Sound financial understanding and familiarity with the real estate market and feasibility studies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the stages and procedures of real estate development.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage projects and make decisions.
• Strong communication, coordination skills, and stakeholder management.
