Job Summary:
Join a dynamic real estate team to deliver high-quality leasing services, focusing on tenant support and property marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional guidance to clients (primarily tenants) to identify suitable properties based on needs and budget.
- Research, plan, and coordinate property viewings, ensuring efficient scheduling and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate negotiations, offering accurate market insights, pricing, and regulatory information to achieve fair outcomes.
- Market and showcase properties through listings, advertisements, and viewings to attract prospective tenants or buyers.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
- Support clients during handover and hand-back processes of properties.
- Assist tenants throughout their lease period, including coordinating maintenance and repair services.
- Maintain and regularly update property listings and databases.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Salesperson.
- Proven experience delivering customer service tailored to Japanese-speaking clients.
- Valid CEA salesperson licence.
- Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach.
