Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

KAST is hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract to support recruitment across Engineering and broader business functions. The contract may be extended, but extension is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and general business roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen candidates and manage the interview and offer process
• Build strong pipelines for technical and hard-to-fill positions
• Provide a great candidate experience and keep hiring processes moving quickly

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in top-tier fintechs or agencies
• Strong experience hiring Software Engineering and other technical roles
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
