Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying talent needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates. Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
