Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the labour market and recruitment best practices.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
