What Youll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with the support of a dedicated research and admin team.
- Drive business development through lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and manage long-term client accounts, including periodic engagement visits.
- Achieve individual revenue goals and work towards structured and clear promotion milestones.
- Stay connected with placed candidates to ensure long-term network.
What We Look For:
- Minimum tertiary education qualification preferred.
- Self-driven individuals with strong work ethic and a natural desire to serve.
- A positive, energetic personality with a can-do spirit.
- Singaporeans preferred.Prior experience in recruitment is a bonus, but not requiredwe welcome passionate individuals looking to build a career from the ground up, comprehensive training will be provided as part of onboarding process.
