• Collaborating with applicants to determine the ideal fit for the position and effectively managing priorities
• Overseeing and monitoring a large number of hiring procedures while also giving advice, getting input, and improving job procedures
• Helping candidates at all stages of interviews

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in strategic sourcing using recruitment platforms
• Experience as a recruitment consultant would be ideal.
