Job Description




• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Present tailored recruitment solutions and negotiate terms of business.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirement

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
